To all of my lash and coffee lovers, please hold off on that cup of coffee prior your appointment! Caffeine can cause involuntary eye twitches which make it challenging to complete your sets!

While I adore pets and people, I kindly ask that you come solo for your session. It's my time to pamper you, and yours to focus on your wellness and recharging.
A $15 cancellation fee will be added to your next service for bookings canceled within 24 hours.
Please understand that it’s all about respecting each other’s time.
A $25 no-show fee awaits those who miss their appointments.
Missing more than one appointment may result in future booking restrictions or a 50% service fee deposit.

If it's been 4 weeks or more between fills, it's time for a full set!
Fun fact: the average human eyelash cycle takes about 6 to 8 weeks for a full set of natural eyelashes to complete their natural growth and shed cycle — timely fills help to maintain those luscious lashes!
When you've got less than 40% of your lash extensions remaining, it's full set time. I’m here to keep your lashes full and fabulous!
If your lashes have seen some adventures (singed or burnt), they need to start fresh with a full set.

I apply a $15 fee for filling another technicians' work. There are a lot of factors to consider in these situations, like the brand of lashes and adhesives used, along with the additional effort required to add to someone else’s art! It can be a bit like solving a puzzle, but I am happy to take up the challenge.
This fee will be added to your overall treatment cost at the end of your service.
